Cash on Delivery Only
We accept payments exclusively through cash on delivery (COD). Payment is made at the time of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support with details about the issue and your order number. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made via the original payment method — in this case, cash refund upon confirmation. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund process to complete.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged due to customer mishandling, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
